It snowed again the other day, but I decided not to pout about it. Instead I put on some Christmas carols, turned up the volume, and sang along. I knew that Christmas had come and gone months ago, but I thought if Winter can hang around until March why not keep the Christmas Spirit around as well. I was having a great time celebrating it too even though my dogs tended to bark along to my singing and jump on me whenever I tried to dance.

It was then that I looked out the window and saw someone walking up the road. I knew she could hear my Christmas music playing and I saw her smile as she looked up to my window. I smiled back and waved. I don't know if she thought I was crazy or just happy.

It didn't matter, though. I knew I was just happy and that was enough.

I rarely get embarrassed anymore. It is just too much a waste of time to worry about what others think of me. Some- times you just have to celebrate life no matter what others think.

Sometimes you just have to sing, dance, giggle, laugh, run, play, or jump for joy. There is nothing wrong with doing these things.

In fact, God wants us to do these things. God wants us to naturally let our joy out. God wants us to celebrate our lives. God wants us to be full of happiness and love. God wants us to share goodness and delight with everyone we can.

You don't need money, drugs or alcohol to celebrate being alive either. You can celebrate life with every choice you make. You can have hangover free fun. You can have joy without later having to throw up. You can have happiness and delight that you can remember the next day.

It is all up to you, though. The choice is yours. Are you going to just exist day after day or are you going to Celebrate Life?
