| Meet Barbara and others at the Burger King by Hwy 172 and GV to ride out to Two Rivers. Please feel free to follow in a car or on a bike. Carpooling would be great! They will be leaving at 2 PM SHARP! |
| The 4th Annual Kites Over Lake Michigan continues to grow in size and reputation. This is now one of the largest kite festivals in the Midwest and attracts kitefliers from all over. Come and marvel at the giant show kites, precision stunt kite teams flying dual and quad-line kites, spectacular and colorful ground displays, running of the bols and games for kids. There will be a night fly on Saturday night and a bonfire on the beach. On Sunday, there will be free kite making for kids and another day of kite flying and performances. |
Remember that there is also a Bonfire on the Beach in the evening, so
bring along a chair and a light jacket.
Don't forget to bring along the family. There are many things to do... kite making and flying, contests, demonstrations, races, a night-fly, followed by the bonfire.
Hope to see many of you out there this Saturday! |

A Cool Vibey Night with:
SHAWN MCDONALD These songs are earthy folk-soul pearls explore elements that the 30 year old Oregon-raised, Seattle-based singer-songwriter has learned are essential for life, health and growth-clear, uninterrupted vision; fear-shattering trust; delight in truly good things rather than stomach-sickening junk; an unhurried rhythm of life that embraces each season as it comes; the contentment to hold whatever God brings in an open hand.
Hear Shawn's Music HERE!
JOY WILLIAMS Remember the blonde teen Christian singer Joy Williams with hit's By Surprise, We, In Your Eyes? She's now the brunette introspective 26-year-old songwriter Joy Williams with a new vibey sound. Most recent single released is, 'One of Those Days'

Pathway's S.A.M.Friday Night FellowshipFall Kickoff Relationship Styles SeriesDr. John Townsend |
Pathway's Church 311 W Evergreen Dr Appleton |
|
The Avoider - This style is characterized by the "silent treatment". Avoiders may appear to listen as they skillfully dodge confronting any issue head on - to your perpetual frustration! Attempting to resolve issues with a direct approach drives this type further underground; they might even resort to finding subtle ways to irritate you to keep you off balance and off topic. We can help you get your silent partner talking about the important topics. The Blaster - Blasters tend to keep everyone off balance by operating in defense mode; they are ready to strike at the slightest provocation. You never really know where the relational land mines are until you step on one - and then look out! A seemingly minor incident is escalated to something of major proportions. You know that underneath this volatile exterior there lies a loving person - but something seems to keep them agitated and overreacting. We can help you defuse your blaster and finally get a calm response. |
